Year 11 – Unit 1 Exam

You will have the opportunity to spend time with your teacher learning this specification throughout year 10 and 11. The exam is split into two sections. One section features a series of questions based on the specification. The other is a design question where you will be given a design brief and type of product to design. You will then have to produce sketches of your design and answer questions about it.
Towards the end of year 11 when we are told the theme for your design part of the exam, you will work through the booklet below. It features alot of the questions you may be asked in your exam and helps you to plan your design.
