The Year 10 Catering students have been practicing for their practical exam. They have been trialling different dishes in connection with the brief Afternoon Tea or Dairy. The dishes they have produced have been delicious and good presentation. Keep up the good work!
Year 8 Savoury Parcels
Today Year 8 have made some fantastic savoury parcels, they have a range of fillings from, tuna, cheese, chicken, bacon and vegetables. They made them into all different shapes. There are some of the designs below. I think you will all agree they all look amazing and delicious
Year 7 have today been learning how to make bread. They are been very creative in their designs and have produced some excellent work. Well Done !!!!
