It was another fantastic achievement this year with 40 students in ten teams completing the event. The Bideford Rotary Club sponsored teams were lucky to dodge the thundery showers and full of the joys of spring as they finished the 16 mile walk in around 5 hours. Two of the teams even managed to claim 3rd place in their categories.  A big thank you to all staff and families who supported the youngsters throughout their training and the final event.

SPONSORSHIP MONEY to be handed into the cash office ASAP.

CONGRATULATIONS to all those who took part in the Exmoor Challenge on Saturday.
Thanks also to some of our older members with their help of we were able to enter ten teams this year.
On the day the weather turned out better than predicted and fine for walking.
Teams were looking good at the half way point but towards the end of the tough 16 mile course some we beginning to struggle.  Still with typical grit and determination our youngsters battled on to cross the finish line. Well Done!!!

The day was a great success and we look forward to presenting you all with your certificates at the presentation evening on Thursday May 20th.
